Our Team

The Executive Leadership Team for Ultroid® Technologies, Inc., is the company's senior-most managers, the operational decision-making body for the firm, and board of directors. The team has a small pool of seasoned, highly successful leaders that have come together to create something of significance and do something good for the world. The leadership team has defined the company's objectives, outlined a clear set of strategies and action plans, and is continually tracking performance and holding the rest of the team accountable for execution.

Mr. Knox has been with Ultroid® and Vascular Technologies from their inception and bring over 30 years of extensive business experience dealing with a wide range of industries. He holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of South Florida. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and a member of the American Institute and the Florida Institute of Public Accountants. He joined Ultroid® as the Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Then in 2009 he assumed the role as the Chief Operations Officer. In late 2010, at the request of the Board of Directors, he assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer and has worked hard to quickly put Ultroid® on the path to provide the world with the pain-free solution to Hemorrhoidal Disease (HD). Since accepting the position as the CEO of Ultroid® he has become the critical success driver for International distribution expansion. Ultroid® has a presence in many countries around the world and has achieved local government approval to sell and market the Ultroid® device in over twenty additional countries. This places Ultroid® well on its way in becoming the global standard of care for the treatment of Hemorrhoidal Disease (HD).

Mr. Cao is the Founder/Chairman and CEO of Advanced Wellness Centers, Corp. and is also the current Chairman of Vascular Technologies and Ultroid® Technologies, Inc.. Michael H. Cao founded Ultroid Technologies Inc. in March of 2004 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until February 2009. From Feb. 2000-2004, he served as CEO of Liberty Consultant Group Corp.. From 1996-1999, Mr. Cao founded Netoy Corp.and took it public with a market capitalization reach of over $250 million.  Mr. Cao earned his BA degree in international business from Eckerd College in 1995.

Kevin McAdams graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BSBA degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing in 1991. After graduation he founded Interactive Cardio-Pulmonary Inc. d/b/a All Care Medical Supply. While acting as CEO/President developed a business plan that focused on Managed Care Heath Plans and MSO contracting. Through out his tenure completed the acquisition of two competitors and expanded the company to a Regional provider in Florida with the help of a strong partnership structure. Through a focused approach with several Managed Care HMO’s was asked to take over several contracts within Florida. In 2004 negotiated the sale of the company to Walgreens. After the sale of the company continued his career with Walgreens as a Contracts Manager specializing in capitated contracts throughout the United States. After several years was moved back to operations as the Regional Operations Manager for the SE. Currently Kevin McAdams holds the position of Regional Executive Director for Florida Home Medical Inc. d/b/a Atenda Health Care Solutions managing the operations in Florida. Kevin McAdams is also responsible for contracting with HMO’s and MSO through the capitated model and FFS agreements. Other medical company relationships include Vice President of Sales for MR Imaging a company that contracted with Hospitals and Physicians to provide MRI imaging services. Director of Sales and Ops for South East Diagnostic’s to provide diagnostic services to Physicians. Other accomplishments in Kevin McAdams resume is the founder and President of a Site Development Company, President of a Landscape Design company and Vice President of a real estate investment company.

With 20 years in product development and manufacturing, EU and US medical device regulatory compliance and quality management systems, John brings technology experience to the Ultroid Board. John is currently VP of Engineering with Nomir Medical Technologies where he leads the team developing the company’s product line. Nomir’s products have won two industry awards and were discussed favorably in articles by the WSJ and NYT. All of the products are cleared by the FDA hold the CE Mark. John implemented the Quality Management System at Nomir and was the primary author and editor of successful premarket notifications for the FDA. Nomir has grown from a start-up to a self-sustaining, privately held company with zero debt, delivering returns to its shareholders. With the Gillette Company, John led a team that developed the first 100 prototypes of a billion dollar brand. His work at Gillette also included a 4 year assignment in London with the premier blade & razor R&D group. Recent product launches by Gillette include products developed by his team in the UK. John’s formal education is in Mechanical Engineering where he earned a MS and PhD from MIT.

Kumpol Dennison, M.D. FACS is a retired general and trauma surgeon, after 30 years of successful private practice in North West Indiana (1972-2002). He invested in small private start up companies and assists in sales, marketing, and consulting. He has background in medical leadership roles, including being the President of Medical Staff, the Medical Director in Trauma and Intensive Care Unit, as well as Chairman in the General Surgery division and Surgical Quality Assurance. He was a founding member of the Asian American Medical Association of North West Indiana in 1976 and he is actively involved with the organization to this date. He founded KWDistributor, LLC/KLD Company, LLC and introduced Ultroid® to Thailand in 2009.

Dr. John Isaac Delgado practices Gastroenterology in Tampa, FL since 1990.  He received his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois in 1985.  Dr. Delgado completed his medical training at the University of Chicago affiliated Hospital and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Department of Medicine, University of Florida, Gainesville.  He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Gastroenterology Association, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Florida Gastroenterology Society.  Dr. Delgado has served as Chief of Gastroenterology at Tampa General Hospital (2000-2001 and 2009-2012), Vice Chief of Department of Gastroenterology at Tampa General Hospital (1999-2000 and 2012-present) and as member of the Medical Executive Committee at Kindred Hospital.
